Don't understand them.
So you order a dish that comes in several pieces so you can put the dish together yourself? And you came to a resturant because?
Kinda reminds me of the Southern humorist Lewis Grizzard on salad bars. Trying to quote but it aint accurate but when he was told to "help yourself to the salad bar" he took offense. Told the waitress to bring him a heaping helping of everything except radishes and extra groovy garlic dressing. The point was: I came here because I wanted to be waited on and served, not to fix my own food.
Maybe it's an olde guy thing..............
